摘    要:目的 探讨颌面部肌上皮瘤(ME)的MSCT影像特点.方法 对30例经手术病理证实的颌面部ME患者的MSCT平扫及增强特征进行回顾性分析.结果 30例ME均表现为类圆形或椭圆形结节,多数(25例)病灶直径1.0~2.5 cm,部分病灶内可见囊变(21例)及包膜(12例),少数(4例)病灶内可见钙化,平扫密度均匀或不均匀;增强扫描动、静脉期均显著强化,并有向心性强化的趋势.结论 颌面部ME的MSCT表现具有特征性,MSCT对ME的诊断具有重要价值.

Abstract:Objective To observe MSCT features of oral and maxillofaci myoepithelioma (ME). Methods Imaging data of plain and enhanced CT of 30 patients with pathologically confirmed ME were retrospectively analyzed. Results All ME lesions in 30 patients manifested as round or oval nodules. The diameters of most lesions (25 cases) were 1.0 cm to 2.5 cm. Cystic degeneration (21 cases) and envelope (12 cases) were found in some lesions, while calcification was found in minority (4 cases). The densities of the lesions were uniform or non-uniform. During arterial phase of enhanced CT, the lesions enhanced obviously with the tendency from periphery to center. Conclusion ME has characteristic CT features. MSCT is an effective method to diagnose ME.
