摘    要:目的探讨MSCT在下肢血管病变中的诊断价值。材料与方法2006年3月至12月我院采用16排螺旋CT下肢血管造影共30例,其中动脉病变21例,静脉病变9例。采用1.5mm准直,0.75mm层厚扫描并进行三维重建和多平面重建。结果应用16排CT扫描对下肢血管及其分支显示良好,CTA可清晰显示21例患者的病变的位置、范围、血管壁的钙化程度。CTV4例正常,5例下肢静脉栓塞,其不仅可显示栓子的存在,而且可显示栓子的性质。结论多层螺旋CT下肢血管成像能准确直观的显示下肢血管的立体解剖特点,并为下肢血管性疾病的诊断与治疗提供重要依据,是下肢血管病变较为理想的检查方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in the diagnosis of lower limb angiopathy. Methods The imagin diagnosis of thirty patients with lower limb angiography was performed by lower limb arteriography (CTA)or indirect deep vein venography (CTV) by 16-detector MSCT from March, 2006 to December. Among these cases, there were twenty-one cases in artery and nine cases in vein. Thirty cases were all scanned by 1.5mm collimation and 0.75~1.0mm reconstructed thickness. The 3D reconstruction and the multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) were used for these patients. Results The vas and its offshoot were showed clearly. The CTA of twenty-one cases could clearly reveal the location, extension and calcifica- tion of the blood vessel wall of the lesions in focus. Among nine cases, there were four cases in normal, thrombosis of lower extremity vein in five cases. CTV was good for demonstrating both the embolus and its nature. Conclusion MSCT, a minimal invasive technique, plays an important role in the recognition of the anatomical detail of lower limb vessels, which provides useful information for the diagnosis and treatment planning. It is an ideal measure for the diagnosis of extremity vascular disorders.
