摘    要:目的 了解康复后听障儿童后续教育的基本情况,发现存在的问题,提出相应对策和建议.方法 通过问卷调查和实地走访相结合的方法,对吉林省489例听障儿童在特殊教育学校、普通学校接受教育的情况以及语言交往状况等进行调查.结果 大多数康复后听障儿童(89.7%)接受了后续教育,听障儿童在接受后续教育后听觉言语能力有所提高,社会适应能力普遍增强,文化素养和认知能力得到了进一步发展,但也存在入学难、学习难、就业难等实际问题.结论 对康复后听障儿童实施后续教育不仅是可能的,而且是有效的,后续教育有效地巩固了学前康复教育的成果.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the educational follow-ups provided for hearing- impaired children after receiving rehabilitation program, to find out the possible problems and to propose relevant strategies and suggestions. Methods Through questionnaire surveys, the status of education and oral communication were studied in 489 hearing-impaired children at special and normal schools in Jilin province. Results Most hearing-impaired children (89.7%) received educational follow-ups and their auditory and speech abilities were improved, social adaptability strengthened and cognitive abilities further developed, but they still faced difficulty in getting into schools, studying and finding jobs. Conclusion The educational follow-ups for hearing-impaired children is effective and can strengthen the outcomes of preschool rehabilitation.
