缺血性脑卒中危险因素知晓率的流行病学调查及趋势分析

目的:明确缺血性脑卒中危险因素的知晓率及发展趋势,以便对早期预防打下基础。方法:通过两次对同一居住地间隔8年的流行病学调查研究,对缺血性脑卒中的危险因素的知晓率及趋势进行分析。结果:两次流行病学调查显示,高血压男性的患病率和知晓率无统计学差异;女性的患病率下降,具有统计学意义;知晓率无统计学差异,糖尿病的患病率和知晓率无统计学差异。缺血性脑卒中患病率较前次比较明显下降;两次合并高血压的患病率均具有统计学差异。结论:在缺血性脑卒中的一级预防工作方面,加大卫生宣传和健康教育力度,对高危人群定期监测血压、血糖。

Ischemic stroke prevalence rate of more obvious than the previous decline; The two combined prevalence of hypertension in both statistical difference. Conlusion: In the first prevention of ischemic stroke, increase sanitary promotion and health education, for high-risk groups regular monitoring of blood pressure and sugar.
