岩舒注射液联合TP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效评价

目的:观察岩舒注射液联合TP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:66例非小细胞肺癌随机分为治疗组36例,对照组30例,治疗组以岩舒注射液联合TP方案化疗,对照组单纯以TP方案化疗。结果:治疗组有效率为58.33%,对照组为50%。两组比较P>0.05;但治疗组稳定率为86.11%,对照组为70%,两组比较P<0.05,并且治疗组生活质量改善优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组的主要毒副反应明显减轻,尤其在消化道反应和骨髓抑制方面,两组比较均P<0.05。结论:岩舒注射液联合TP方案化疗可进一步改善病情、延长疾病进展时间、改善生活质量、降低毒副作用。

Yanshu Injection in Combination with TP Chemotherapy for Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer:Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Yanshu injection in combination with TP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). METHODS: A total of 66 patients with advanced NSCLC were enrolled, 36 in the trial group were assigned to receive Yanshu injection in combination with TP chemotherapy, and 30 in the control group to receive TP chemotherapy alone. RESULTS: The total responsive rates in the trial group and the control group were 58.33% and 50%, respectively, and there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05); and the total tumor stabilization rates were 86.11% and 70%, respectively, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The life quality had a better improvement in the trial group than in control group (P<0.05). The major toxic reactions had a better alleviation in the trial group than in the control group, especially in the gastrointestinal tracts reactions and myelosuppression (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Yanshu injection combination with TP chemotherapy for advanced NSCLC can improve patients' condition, prolong the progression of disease, increase the life quality and reduce the toxic reactions.
