系统性红斑狼疮心脏损害67例临床分析

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)心脏损害的特点,并分析年龄、性别、病程及疾病活动与SLE心脏损害的关系。方法收集我院2006年6月至2010年5月SLE住院患者117例的临床资料,根据检查结果分为心脏损害组和无心脏损害组。结果 117例SLE患者中67例(57.2%)出现心脏损害。心脏损害以心电图ST-T缺血性改变最多见,占44.8%(30/67),超声心动图可见心脏损害累及心包、心肌、瓣膜。心脏损害组与无心脏损害组之间年龄、性别差异无统计学意义,病程、疾病活动性指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SLE可累及心脏各个部位,其中以心电图ST-T缺血性改变最多见,SLE心脏损害大多数患者症状轻微或无症状。SLE心脏损害与病程、疾病活动性相关。

Clinical Analysis of 67 Patients with Cardiac Involvement Caused by Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective To evaluate the features of the cardiac involvement caused by systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods 117 patients with SLE which were hospitalized to Taizhou people′s hospital from June 2000 to May 2010,were studied retrospectively.Results The incidence of cardiac damage caused by SLE reached 57.2%(67 in 117).And the ischemic ST-T segment change reached 44.8%(30 in 67).The age and gender don not have significance differences between the cardiac involvement group and no cardiac involvement group,where the the course and disease activity have significance differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The cardiac involvement caused by SLE is varied,the ischemic ST-T segment change is the most common.Most of the SLE cardiac involvements have no symptoms or slight.The cardiac involvement is related with the the course and the activity of SLE.
