| 摘 要： | 本文检测3 618人次患者血清的抗核抗体与抗dsDNA抗体。自身免疫病患者两种抗体的检出率明显高于一般疾病者,SLE者更明显,并检出部分早期患者。本方法是协助临床早期诊断的重要手段之一。

| Abstract: | Antinuclear antibodies(ANA)and anti-dsDNA antibodies (AdsDNAA) were detected in the sera from 3618 patients. It is found that the positive rate is obviously higher in patient with autoimmune disease, such as SLE, than that in those with other diseases. Some of patients in early stage have been discovered by this method, therefore, it is used to help clinic doctor earlier to diagnose patients with autoimmune disease. |
