| 摘 要： | 目的了解什邡市高中学生艾滋病知识状况。方法随机抽取某高中学校467名高二学生进行问卷调查。结果什邡市高中学生的艾滋病知识总体知晓率为71．5％，城市户口比农村户口高中生的艾滋病知识总体知晓率高（P〈0．05）、男生比女生得分高（P〈0．05）；对艾滋病的3条主要传播途径的知晓率较高（达96．1％，96．4％，86．5％），对非传播途径的知晓率较低，仅有37．5％认为蚊虫叮咬和60．2％认为与艾滋病感染者共餐不会传播艾滋病；艾滋病基本知识的85．0％来源于电视；学校预防艾滋病教育不足，只有27．2％的学生回答有关艾滋病方面的知识来自学校的教育或学校组织的宣传活动。结论高中阶段，尤其是农村户口学生居多的高中是预防艾滋病健康教育的薄弱环节，应切实加强针对基本知识进行宣传教育，提高学生知晓率。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand current situation of AIDS related knowledge awareness among high school students in Shifang,Sichuan.Methods A total of 467 senior high school students at grade two were randomly chosen from a school in Shifang city.All students were interviewed with anonymous uniform questionnaire by self-administration.Results Overall awareness of knowledge related to AIDS prevention was 71.5 percent in these students,higher in those living in urban areas than those in rural areas(P<0.05).Boys score... |
