中西药结合宫颈旁注射治疗急慢性盆腔炎121例临床观察

目的总结中西药结合宫颈旁注射治疗急慢性盆腔炎的疗效及优点。方法对确诊为急慢性盆腔炎的69例患者行宫颈旁注射治疗,随访统计其疗效及复发率。结果 121例中,治愈116例,显效5例,治愈率95.9%,有效率100%。1年复发率为0,5年复发率14.88%。结论宫颈旁注射是治疗急慢性盆腔炎较好的方法,可明显降低复发率。

Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of paracervical injection of 121 cases of acute clinical observation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective Summary of the combination of paracervical injection of western medicine treatment of acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and efficacy advantages.Methods 69 patients who had caught acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were given side-injection while they were injecting antiauxin and then effection,visit and rate of recurrence were counted.Results In those 69 cases,65 patients cured.2 patients remarkably had effect.97.1% cured,100% was efficient.The rate of recurrence in one year was 0.The rate of recurrence in five years was 14.64%.Conclusion Side-injection in cervix is a better way on treating acute or chronic pelvic in flammatory disease.It is able to remarkably reduce rate of recurrence.
