J. L. Moreno: the pioneer of the group encounter movement: the forerunner of web-based social media revolution

125 years after Morenos birthday or 40 years after his death in 1974, it is worth to light up which relevance his cosmodynamic legacy and his spiritual world view has for today’s management and organisational development. First I try to outline the present situation in the economy. In the second step I focuse on Morenos axiological dimension of responsibility, action, creativity and spontaneity, encounter and group in relation to today’s organisational developement.
