| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨内痔注射术对内痔患者疗效。方法 对我院自2002年10月至2004年10月收治426例2．3期内痔患者行内痔注射术治疗的病人进行回顾性分析。结果 所有患者术后均无出现发热、创口红肿、大出血及肛门狭窄等并发症。术后随访6个月，治愈率是97．36％，复发率是2．64％。结论 加强内痔注射术的围手术期治疗可明显提高疗效，并能减少术后并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of injection therapy for patients with internal hemorrhoids.Methods From October 2002 to October 2004,426 cases with second and third degree internal hemorrhoids received 2-step injection therapy were analyzed retrospectively.Results No postoperative complications of fever, red and swelling of wound, massive bleeding and anal stenosis were found in all cases.Postoperative follow-up time was 6 months.The cure rate was 97.36%,and the recurrent rate was 2.64%.Conclusion Enhancing perioperative treatment of 2-step injection therapy of internal hemorrhoids,it can improve obviously the curative effect and reduce the ocurrence of postoperative complications. |
