| 摘 要： | 高校的科研水平直接关系到人才培养质量，是高校生存与发展不可忽视的问题。科研工作是本科医学院校工作的一项重要内容，围绕医学卫生人才培养目标，明确科研定位，认识在医学本科院校开展科研工作的意义，加强科研管理有助于规范、提高教学水平，提升学院的办学层次，更好、更多地为国家培养医学卫生人才。

| Abstract: | The level of scientific research in university is directly related to the quality of personnel training,which is also the survival and development issue of colleges and universities that can not be ignored.The scientific research work in medical undergraduate colleges are an important element in the academy＇s responsibility.We should target the goal of medical health personnel training,definite the scientific re- search specifically location.Besides,should to strengthen the significance of scientific research in undergraduate teaching institutes.Further- more,the reinforcement of the management in scientific research will help to standardize and improve teaching level and to enhance the level of academy, in order to training more and better quality personnel＇ s in health related majors for the country. |
