| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年肺结核患者细胞免疫功能。方法采用ＭＴＴ（噻唑蓝）比色法，检测其外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ）白细胞介素６（ＩＬ－６）分泌水平。结果①老年肺结核ＩＬ－６水平明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０５）；②肺结核进展期ＩＬ－６水平老年组低于中青年组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而好转期无此差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；③老年肺结核进展期与好转期相比ＩＬ－６分泌高峰前移；④ＩＬ－６水平与结核病变范围及排菌情况均有关且差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论检测ＩＬ－６水平有助于老年肺结核免疫状况观察及病情监测。

| Abstract: | LI 6 secretion level of the peripheral blood mononuclear cells from the elderly pulmonary TB patients were detected by MTT colorimetric.The results showed that(1) IL 6 levels of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients were much higher than that of the normal( P <0 05);(2)IL 6 level of the elderly group was much lower than that of the middle aged and young group with advanced pulmonary tuberculosis( P <0 01),but without difference in the resolving stage( P <0 05);(3)Compared the advanced pulmonary tubercusis with the improved stage the height of IL 6 value was moved ahead and (4) IL 6 level was related to tuberculosis focus and the expel of TB bacilli ( P <0 0).It is suggested that the detection of IL 6 level is favourable in monitering the immunity status of the elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients. |
