| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨刺五加叶皂甙（ＡＳＳ）在体外对胃癌细胞凋亡的诱导作用。方法 用琼脂糖凝胶电泳和透射电镜观察ＡＳＳ对体外培养ＳＧＣ ７９０１ 胃癌细胞凋亡的ＤＮＡ 电泳和形态学改变，维甲酸（ＲＡ）作为对照药物。结果 ＡＳＳ作用的胃癌细胞ＤＮＡ 出现典型梯状改变，高浓度ＲＡ作用胃癌细胞ＤＮＡ 有模糊梯状改变。电镜观察ＡＳＳ及ＲＡ作用胃癌细胞，出现异染色体边集，线粒体肿胀等凋亡改变。结论 ＡＳＳ促进体外培养胃癌细胞凋亡的作用明显强于ＲＡ，且随着时间的增加和剂量加大，诱发凋亡程度增高。

| Abstract: | To determine Acanthopanax senticosus(ASS) could induce apoptosis of gastric cancer cells.Methods DNA fragmentation and morphologic changes of SGC 7901 gastric cancer cells induced by ASS were observed with agarose gel electrophoresis assays and transmission electron microscopy, and use retinoic acid(RA) as the control.Results DNA ladder fragmentations were not clearly showred with RA in 7901 cells, but ASS induced DNA ladder changes clearly and the changes become significant with ASS dosage increase. Under electron microscope it was observed both ASS and RA lead to gastric cancer cell apoptosis.Conclusions It suggests that effects of ASS induce apoptosis of SGC 7901 gastric cancer cells is more signifcant than that of RA. |
