救助基金在降低贫困山区孕产妇死亡率中的作用

在两个贫困县 (区 )筹集救助资金 ,确定救助对象、救助标准、救助项目 ,通过小组访谈 ,采用参与式方法确定贫困孕产妇救助基金的申报程序 ,并进行简化和优选 ,使贫困孕产妇救助基金得到了合理使用。两年来实践表明 ,孕产妇系统管理率、贫困孕产妇住院分娩率、高危住院分娩率均有明显提高 ,孕产妇死亡率有明显降低

Effect of poverty-salvation funds on reducing the mortality of pregnant and lying-in women in the needy mountain district

Two poverty counties in Yunnan province gathered up the poverty salvation funds and identified the salvation objects and its standards and items etc. After setting up and simplifying the procedure of appliance for the optimum poverty salvation funds, which were used reasonably through the group interview with participation method. For the recently two years, the management rate of the pregnant and lying in women' system, the delivery rate at hospital of the poverty pregnant and lying in women and high risk pregnant women have been raised significantly, as well as the mortality of the pregnant and lying in women have been decreased significantly.
