摘    要:目的了解我院药物不良反应(ADR)发生的规律和临床表现,促进合理用药。方法对我院2010年1月~2011年7月医师、护士、临床药师上报的157例ADR报告加以归类统计和回顾性分析。结果 157例ADR涉及的药品以抗菌药物为主,共76例(48.41%),其次为中成药,共25例(15.92%);静脉滴注为最主要的给药途径,共106例(67.52%);所累及的系统以消化系统为主,共65例(31.86%),其次为皮肤及其附件损害,共32例(15.69%)。结论临床应加强ADR监测和报告,规范药物合理使用,减少ADR发生。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the regularity and clinical manifestation of drug reactions in our hospital for rational use of drugs in the clinic.Method 157 ADR cases from Jan.2010 to July 2011 of our hospital were collected to analyze statistically and retrospectively,which were reported by doctors,nurses,and clinical pharmacists.Results Among the 157 ADR cases,the main categories of drugs that caused ADR were antibacterials(76 cases,48.41%) followed by Chinese patent medicine(25 cases,15.92%);Intravenous injection(106 cases 67.52%) was the main channel;Most ADRs occurred in digestive system(65 case,31.86%) followed by lesion of skin and its appendants(32 case,15.69%).Conclusion ADR monitoring and reporting should be strengthened and the use of drugs should be standardized to reduce the occurrence of ADR in clinic.
