| 摘 要： | 目的评价通络止痛软膏的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀试验，考察通络止痛软膏的抗炎作用；用小鼠醋酸扭体法和热板法，考察通络止痛软膏的镇痛作用。结果通络止痛软膏能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀；对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用，可提高小鼠热痛阈值。结论通络止痛软膏有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。

Experimental study on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Tongluozhitong ointment |

| Abstract: | Objective It is to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Tongluozhitong ointment. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of Tongluozhitong ointment was inspected through xylene-induced mouse auricle swelling experiment and carrageena-induced rat paw swelling experiment. The analgesic effect of Tongluozhitong ointment was inspected through mouse acetic acid writhing method and hot-plate method. Results Tongluozhitong ointment could obviously inhibit xylene-induced mouse auricle swelling and carrageena-induced rat paw swelling. Tongluozhitong ointment had obvious inhibit effect on acetic acid induced mouse writhing and could heighten hot-pain threshold of mouse. Conclusion Tongluozhitong ointment has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. |
