补肾活血法对卵巢早衰免疫因素干预的临床观察

目的研究补肾活血法对自身免疫性卵巢早衰的干预作用。方法选择本院门诊就诊的自身免疫性卵巢早衰患者40例,随机分为治疗组20例及对照组20例。对照组用西药人工周期,治疗组用肾活血中药,连续服用6个月。结果两组治疗后症状积分、血清FSH、LH、E2值与本组治疗前比较,差异均有显著性（P〈0.01）;治疗后症状积分、血清E2值与对照组比较,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.01）。治疗后血清FSH、LH值与对照组比较,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;总有效率对照组高,但差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;治疗组免疫抗体转阴率,两者比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论补肾活血法能改善自身免疫性卵巢早衰患者临床症状、降低血FSH、LH水平,增加血E2浓度,改善其免疫失衡状况。

Clinical study of Bushen Huoxue Method on premature ovarian failure with the immunologic unbalance

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of BuShen Huoxue method to treat with premature ovarian failure with the immunologic unbalance.Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（treated with BuShen Huoxue method） and the control group（treated with HRT）,Six months＇treatment was taken.Results Symptom total score and serum hormone levels（FSH,LH,E2）after treatment were all significantly increased in the two groups（P0.01）;Symptom total score and level of serum estradiol in the treated group was significantly superior to that in the control group（P0.01）;There was no difference between the two groups for the level of serum FSH、LH and the total effective rate（P0.05）;the decreased degree of the antireproductive antibodies positive rates was higher in the former than in the latter（P0.01）.Conclusion BuShen Huoxue method can improve the symptom of premature ovarian failure with the immunologic unbalance,decrease the level of serum FSH,LH,increase the level of serum estradiol,improve the condition with immunologic unbalance.
