老年高血压病患者左心室肥厚与动态血压监测参数的分析

目的探讨老年高血压患者动态血压(ABPM)参数及体重指数(BMI)与左心室肥厚(LVH)之间的关系。方法采用袖带式24小时动态血压仪监测293例老年高血压患者的ABPM,彩色超声测量左心室参数,LVH者为研究组(131例),非LVH组(162例)为对照组,研究LVH与ABPM监测参数:平均收缩压(SBP)、平均舒张压(DBP)、脉压差(PP)、心率(HR)、BMI的关系。结果LVH与动态血压SBP、DBP、PP、HR水平成正相关(P<0.05),BMI的变化在上述两组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年高血压LVH与动态血压SBP、DBP、PP、HR水平密切相关,他们可能都是影响老年高血压患者病情进展及预后的重要因素。

The relation between ABPM parameters and ventricular hypertrophy in senile hypertension hypertension patiens

Objective To investigate the relation of left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) in senile hypertension with 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) and body mass index(BMI).Methods All subjects were underwent 24 hours smbulatory blood pressure monitoring and Ultrasonography was performed to detect the parameter of left ventricular.the LVH were investigation group,and the without LVH were control group.Compared with the correlation of the parameter of ABPM and the LVH in two groups.Results The parameter of ABPM: systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),pulse pressure(PP),heart rate(HR) in senile hypertension with LVH were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obviously difference was found in the counting of BMI between each groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The LVH correlated immediately with the parameter of ABPM in senile hypertension,those might play the important roles in the development and prognosis of senile hypertension.
