| 摘 要： | 目的:研究复方SZ滴眼液(Compound shui zhi eye drop,SZ)和阿魏酸钠(Sodium ferulate,SF)对紫外线(Ultraviolet,UV)损伤的人晶状体上皮细胞抗氧化酶及其基因表达的影响。方法:采用UV照射体外培养的人晶状体上皮细胞(Human lens epithelial cell,HLEC),同时用SZ、SF和吡喏克辛钠滴眼液(Pirenoxine sodium,PS)与HLEC共同孵育,并检测HLEC中超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathi-one peroxidase,GSH-px)和过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)的活性和SODmRNA、GSH-pxmRNA和CATmRNA的基因表达。结果:UV组的HLEC抗氧化酶活性和基因表达均比对照组显著降低(P0.01)。SZ、SF和PS组的SOD、GSH-px和CAT的活性显著高于UV组(P0.01,P0.05);SODmRNA、GSH-pxmRNA和CATmRNA的表达也显著高于UV组(P0.01)。结论:SZ、SF和PS均能防护UV照射引起的HLEC氧化损伤,SZ和SF的作用优于PS。
