| 摘 要： | 通过对北京中医药大学管理学院企业管理专业本科毕业生初次就业状况的历史教据统计和问卷调查，了解现阶段医药院校企业管理专业毕业生初次就业的基本情况、趋势变化和就业经历，指出当前医药院校企业管理本科专业人才培养中存在的问题，并在此基础上针对人才培养导向、课程功能定位和专业认知教育等方面展开了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the present situation and the trend of the initial employment of enterprise management undergraduates in medical colleges,and analyzes their experience in the process of job searching based on the survey of pharmaceutical enterprise management undergraduates of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.And then some advices are given on training orientation,course functions and cognitive education. |
