选择性盆腔动脉插管栓塞及化疗对晚期妇科恶性肿瘤的治疗

采用改良的Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ插管技术对４６例经病理证实的晚期妇科恶性肿瘤行选择性盆腔动脉插管栓塞和化疗。７例因盆腔肿瘤粘连严重而手术前先行插管治疗，术中证实癌块明显缩小，盆腔粘连软化；８例术后复发患者经插管化疗和／或栓塞后。６例复发癌块直径缩小５０％以上，其余３０例均术后辅辅以插管化疗，无明显毒副作用。

Treatment of advanced gynecologic cancers using the selective infusion of embolus and anticancerous agents by intrapelvic-artery intubation

Forty-six patients with pathologically-proved gynecologic malignant tumors were treated using the improved technique-the selective infusion of embolus and anticancerous agents by intrapelvic-artery intubation. Among them, 7 advanced cancer patients with severe pelvic cancerous adhesion were intubated before operation and it was found during operation that their cancerous mass was obviously reduced;in 8 recurrent patients their cancerous mass in pelvic cavity was also obviously reduced after the therapy; and 31 patients received this therapy after operation and complained of slight gastric symptoms without severe complications.This study suggests that the methed of the selective infusion of embolus and anticancerous agents by intrapelvic artery intubation can not only provide an operative opportunity for some severe advanced gynecologic cancer patients, but also may be an effective means for improving the curative effect after operation.
