| 摘 要： | 疾病的专科治疗日益成为当前主流趋势。胃肠外科作为外科学的重要分支，其发展日趋专业化，而目前我国相应的胃肠外科专科医师培训制度尚未健全。针对国内外胃肠外科医师培训的现状，以及目前我国胃肠外科医师培训面临的问题，采用规范化培训和专科医师培训模式和评估体系，有望对我国的胃肠外科医师专业化培训起到积极的引导作用。

| Abstract: | Currently, specialized treatment for diseases is increasingly becoming the mainstream in clinical practice. Gastrointestinal surgery, as an important branch of general surgery, has increasingly developed specialized; however, our present gastrointestinal surgeon training system is not yet perfect. The article summarized the problems and challenges in gastrointestinal surgeon training in China based on the situations at home and abroad, and addressed some available gastrointestinal surgeon training protocols in future. We hope this article can be helpful on our country＇s gastrointestinal surgeon professional training. |
