| 摘 要： | 消化外科医师的成长与发展应该是双向的，即自己的主观努力和上级医师的指导、培养。该过程不变的核心概括为“3N”：即Never ignore responsibility（千万不要忽视自己的责任），Never too old and too much to learn（千万不要终止不断学习），Never forget the past，otherwise，would be condemned（千万不要忘记思考总结经验教训）。

The eternal core of the process could be summarized as ＂3N＂： never ignore responsibility; never too old and too much to learn; never forget the past, otherwise, would be condemned. |
