| 摘 要： | 研究诱导组织再生技术应用于即刻垢骨界面形成。方法：将Ｔｉ７５种植体植入犬新鲜拔牙创，左侧置ＧＴＲ膜，右侧无膜对照。术后４，１２周组织切片行定量组织学分析。结果；ＧＴＲ技术能促进骨再生及完全性融合。结论：ＧＴＲ技术是提高即刻种植成功率的一种新方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study forming of implant bone interface in immediate implant using guided tissue regeneration (GTR) technique. Methods: Ti75 implants were inserted immediately into the extraction sockets of dogs. On the left side, the implants were covered by the GTR membrane, while the right side served as control. The sections were analysed using quantitative histological method at 4 w/12 w. Results: GTR technique in immediate implant could improve bone regeneration and osseointegration. Conclusion: It is a new method to solve the low success rate of immediate implant. |
