猴耳环水提取物抗流感病毒的实验研究

目的研究猴耳环水提取物体内外抗流感病毒的活性。方法体外抗病毒试验采用CPE法，按Reed—Muench方法计算TC50、IC50和TI，观察猴耳环水提取物体外对流感病毒引起的细胞病变的影响和在体内采用小鼠经滴鼻感染流感病毒造成肺炎模型，以肺部炎症、死亡率和生命延长率为指标，观察猴耳环水提取物体内抗流感病毒的活性。结果猴耳环水提取物在体外对流感病毒引起的细胞病变有明显抑制作用，其IC50生药为3．33mg／ml，TI为7．48；在给生药药剂量为8～20g／kg时，对流感病毒所致的小鼠肺部炎症有明显抑制作用，并能明显降低流感病毒感染小鼠的死亡率和延长其存活时间。结论猴耳环水提取物在体内外均具有明显抗流感病毒的作用。

Experimental study on anti - viral activity of the water extract from Pitecollobium clypearia Benth

Objective To examine the in vitro and in vivo antiviral activity of water extract from Pitecollobium clypearia Benth, Methods The antiviral effect of extract from Pitecollobium clypearia Benth was assessed by determination of the reduction of eytopathie effect （CPE）, the 50% toxicity concentration （ TC50 ）, 50% inhibitor concentration （ IC50 ）, and the therapeutic index （TI） of the water extract from PitecoUobium clypearia Benth.The results of lung inflammation, mortality rate and the survival rate of mice infected by influenza virus were observed. Results The cytopathie effect induced by influenza virus was inhibited remarkedly, with IC50 of 3.33 mg raw material/ml and TI of 7.48. At the dose of 8 - 20g raw material/kg body weight, pneumonia induced by influenza virus in mice was inhibited significantly by the water extract. The suxvival rate was increased remarkedly. Conclusion The water extract from Pitecolloblum clypearia Benth. Exhibits apparent anti - influenza activity both in vitro and in vivo .
