颌面部涎腺肌上皮瘤临床统计分析

目的：探寻手术治疗涎腺机上皮瘤的最佳方法。方法：随机41例颌面部涎腺机上皮瘤术后的患者,统计分析其诊断正确率、治疗方法及治疗效果。结果：上腭部肌上皮瘤,术后复发率明显高于其他部位的肌上皮瘤,而“简单摘除法”术后复发率明显高于“局部扩大切除法”。所有病例术前诊断正确率只有2．4％。结论：对肌上皮瘤的要前正确诊断能指导选择适宜的手术方式,适当的局部扩大切除肿瘤能显著提高治疗效果,减少复发。

AN STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SALIVARY MYOEPITHELIOMA

Objective: To look for an effective clinical therapeutical method for oral and maxillofacial salivary myoepithelioma. Method: Visited 41 patients of oral and maxillofacial salivary myoepithelioma, noted down the method of diagnosis and therapy of these cases, and analysed the therapeutical effect of the statistical data. Result: In the palate salvary myoepitheliomas, the postoperative recurrent incidence of "Simple Excavation" was obviously higher than that of "Radical Resection",and was remarkably higher than that of the other part of this kind of tumour.The diagnostic correct rate of the tumour in all patients was only 2.4. Conclusion: The preoperative correct diagnosis for myoepithelioma can instruct operation; Properly enlarge the resectable bounds of tumour can evidently improve the therapeutical effect.
