| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾动脉栓塞术在肾癌术前及姑息性治疗中的作用和价值。方法回顾分析16例肾癌术前辅助治疗和22例晚期肾癌姑息性治疗的资料，总结血管介入栓塞术的疗效和操作中注意点。结果16例肾癌术前辅助治疗者中11例应用无水乙醇栓塞后手术中出血少，5例未使用无水乙醇栓塞者术中出血仍较多；22例晚期肾癌姑息性治疗者临床症状改善，血尿停止，肿瘤体积不同程度缩小；术后出现高血压6例，其中2例需长期降压药治疗。结论肾动脉栓塞术是一种可用于肾癌术前辅助治疗和晚期肾癌姑息性治疗的微创、安全、有效的方法。
