南京市大厂地区居民胃癌死亡趋势分析

目的 探讨大厂地区居民胃癌死亡特征及动态变化，为制定有效的预防和控制措施提供依据。方法 采用国际疾病分类法进行编码，对2000-2006年大厂地区居民死亡资料进行流行病学分析，计算胃癌粗死亡率、标化死亡率，潜在生命损失率（PYLL）率和潜在工作减寿年（WPYLL）率。结果 大厂地区2000-2006年居民胃癌死亡率随年龄增长而升高，无明显下降趋势。粗死亡率为38．84／10万，标化率为39．26／10万，居恶性肿瘤死因首位，男性高于女性。PYLL率和WPYLL率分别为3．5‰和1．40‰。结论 胃癌是大厂地区居民恶性肿瘤防治重点，应系统开展恶性肿瘤监测和综合防治工作，以降低居民胃癌死亡率。

Tendency of the Gastric Cancer Mortality among the Residents of Nanjing

Objective] To investigate the death characteristics and dynamic epidemic tendency of gastric cancer in Dachang area of Nanjing. Methods] International Classification of Diseases i ICD ） was applied to conduct epidemic analysis on the mortality, standardized death rate, PYLL and WPYLL of gastric cancer among the residents of Dachang area during 2000--2006. Results ] The mortality of gastric cancer increased with the patients＇age among the residents in Dachang area during 2000~ 2006, no decrea- sing tendency was found; the crude mortality was 38.84/lakh, the standardized incidence was 39.26/lakh, and it ranked the first place among all cancers; the mortality of gastric cancer among males was significantly higher than that among females; the rates of PYLL and WPYLL were 3.50‰ and 1.40‰ respectively. Conclusion] Gastric cancer is proved to be the emphasis for cancer prevention and treatment in Dachang area of Nanjing; dynamic surveillance and comprehensive prevention and control of gastric cancer should be strengthened.
