| 摘 要： | 目的观察运用水针刀结合骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症进行临床疗效。方法对腰椎间盘突出症300例患者均采用水针刀结合骶管封闭进行治疗。结果治愈209例,好转83例,无效8例,治愈率为69.7%,总有效率为97.3%。结论水针刀结合骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective Observation, using acupotomy combined with sacral block in the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical Curative effect. Methods 300 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were treated by Acupotomy combined with sacral canal block therapy. Results 209 cases were cured, 83 cases improved, 8 cases are invalid, the cure rate is 69.7%, the total effective rate was 97.3%. Conclusion Acupotomy combined with sacral block in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation curative effect remarkable. |
