安步乐克联合前列地尔治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床观察

目的观察安步乐克联合前列地尔治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。方法选择70例2型糖尿病下肢血管病变(LEAD)患者,治疗组38例和对照组32例,所有患者常规降压,调脂,胰岛素控制血糖并保持稳定,治疗组加用安步乐克联合前列地尔(凯时)治疗,对照组不用此二药治疗,共21d。结果治疗组临床症状(麻木、皮肤发凉、间歇跛行、静息痛),无痛行走距离和踝/肱血压指数(ABI)均明显改善,较对照组及治疗前均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论安步乐克联合前列地尔可明显改善下肢循环,是治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的有效药物。

the Clinical Observation of Anplag and Alprostadil treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Lower Extremity Vascular Disease,

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect Anplag combined with alprostadil treatment of type 2 diabetes with lower extremity vascular disease. Methods 70 cases of type 2 diabetes with lower extremity vascular disease （LEAD） patients, the treatment group of 38 cases and the control group of 32 cases ,and then all the patients were treated with normal depressurization, blood fat＇ s accommodation and insulin to control lood sugar stable, The Anplag alliance Alprouproatail only admoved in the treatment group and without the control group in 21 days.Results As compared with before treatment and the control group ,there were significantly different（P〈0.01）,the treatment group clinical symptoms （numbness, skin cold, intermittent claudication, rest pain）,the distance pain-free walking and ankle/brachial blood pressure index （ABI） were significantly improved. Conclusion Anplag combined with alprostadil can improve lower extremity circulation,and can certify the two druds＇s efficancy in treatment of type 2 diabetes with lower extremity vascrudular disease.
