彩超引导下经皮穿刺活检对肝脏病变的诊断及其临床应用价值

目的探讨研究在超声引导下经皮肝脏穿刺活检的技术和诊断及其对临床应用的价值。方法应用Philips EnVisor型彩色超声诊断仪,Bard活检枪对98例肝病患者的肝脏进行经皮穿刺活检,并进行病理组织学检查。结果 98例患者穿刺技术成功率100%。病理明确诊断慢性乙型肝炎36例(36.7%);肝硬化25例(25.5%);肝硬化再生结节3例(3%);非酒精性脂肪肝7例(7.1%);酒精性肝病4例(4%);原因不明的慢性肝炎5例(5.1%);肝细胞肝癌7例(7.1%);肝腺癌5例(5.1%);转移癌6例(6.1%)。结论超声引导下肝脏穿刺活检术是一项微创、安全、简便的一种检查方法,能够确定肝脏病变的病理组织学类型,对指导临床诊断及治疗有重要的应用价值。

Conclusion Ultrasound-guided liver biopsy approaches is a minimally invasive, safe, simple method of a kind of examination, to determine the liver lesions histologic type, to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment has the important application value.
