凶险型前置胎盘的处理研究

目的关于凶险型前置胎盘对于孕妇的危害进行分析,提高对凶险型前置胎盘的认识,降低其危害。方法对于2009年1月至2011年6月在本院进行治疗的21例凶险型前置胎盘患者,作为实验组,同时选择35例非凶险型前置胎盘患者作为对照组,对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果实验组患者的产后出血率、术中出血量及子宫切除率均显著性高于对照组患者,两组患者间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论凶险型前置胎盘发生的高危因素是多次妊娠或流产,其给产妇的心理、生理及精神状态带来了严重的影响。

Study of Dangerous Type of Placenta Previa

Objective Dangerous type of placenta previa analysis of the hazards for pregnant women, to raise awareness on the risks of placenta previa, and reduce the harm.Methods 21 cases treated in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2011, dangerous type of patients with placenta previa, as the experimental group, while 35 cases of non-dangerous type of patients with placenta previa as the control group, two groups of patientsthe clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The experimental group of patients with postpartum hemorrhage, blood loss and hysterectomy rates were significantly of control group patients, there was significant difference between the two groups of patients （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The dangerous type of placenta previa, the risk factors for multiple pregnancy or abortion, maternal psychological, physiological and mental state had a serious impact.
