厄贝沙坦在慢性充血性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果观察

目的探讨厄贝沙坦在慢性充血性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院慢性心力衰竭患者100例,被随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予厄贝沙坦。观察左室射血分数(LVEF)及左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)的改变情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后左室射血分数及左室短轴缩短率分别与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,应用厄贝沙坦能够显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,治疗效果显著,值得借鉴。

Observation of Application Effect of Irbesartan on Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To explore the application effect of irbesartan on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 100 cases with chronic congestive heart failure were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The routine treatment was used to control group, and irbesartan was given to observation group on the base of the routine treatment.Left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and left ventricular fractional shortening（LVFS） were observed before and after treatment in two groups, Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group, there was statistical difference （P〈0.05） ~ Left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening in observation group compared with those in in control group, there was statistical difference （P〈0.05） .Conclusions Irbesa~n can improve the cardiac function of the patients with chronic congestive heart failure, the clinical efficacy is significant.
