| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨低功率Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光辅助治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：对６４例住院抑郁症患者分为氟西洒合并激光治疗组（Ａ组）与氟西洒单独治疗组（Ｂ组）,并对临床资料进行分析,用ＨＡＭＤ、ＣＧＩ和ＴＥＳＳ评定其临床疗效和不良反应。结果（１）两组在显效时间、住院天数、住院费用有显著统计学差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。（２）两组在第四周末ＨＡＭＤ总分及因子分比较,除体重外,均有统计学差异（Ｐ〈０．０５或Ｐ〈０

| Abstract: | Objectives: To explore the clinical effects with low-power He-Ne laser as accessory treatment of depressive patients. Method: 64 patients with depression were assigned into two treatment group-s: 1 SSRI and laser accessory treatment (group A). ?SSRI group (group B), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) , CGI and TESS were used to measure the efficacy and side effects. Results: 1 There are significant differences in two group on average days of hospitalization. and hospitalization fee (P<0. 01). 2 There are significant differences on HAMD total score and factor score on the end of fourth week. 3 Reduction rate of HAMD in group A is 78% , group B is 67%. Conclusion: The low-power He-Ne laser has good accessory effects on depressive patients. |
