腹腔镜无痛输卵管绝育术500例临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜无痛输卵管阻断术的可行性与临床价值。方法:回顾分析500例患者在芬太尼、丙泊酚静脉复合麻醉下行腹腔镜输卵管绝育术的临床资料。结果:500例均成功行腹腔镜绝育术,手术时间5～10min,无中转开腹及副损伤。结论:此手术切口小,患者无痛苦,腹部无疤痕,手术时间短,康复快,并发症少,可同时诊断和治疗妇科疾病,在门诊施术,不需住院,是一种安全、有效、简便、无痛的绝育方法。

Clinical analysis of indolent laparoscopic tubal sterilization:with a report of 500 cases

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and clinical value of indolent laparoscopic tubal sterilization.Methods:The clinical data of 500 patients,who received balanced anesthesia with Fentany and Propofol and underwent laparoscopic tubal sterilization,were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All the operations were successful,the time of surgery was 5-10min,no conversion to laparotomy or accessory injury occurred.Conclusions:This operation is safe,effective,simple and indolent,can diagnose and treat gynecologic diseases at the same time,with no pain or scar,less operation and recovery time,little incision and complications.Laparoscopic indolent tubal sterilization can be applied in out-patient clinic,so there is no need for patients to stay in hospital.
