摘    要:目的探讨血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失多态性与Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)肾病的关系。方法聚合酶链反应。结果无肾病的NIDDM患者中 ,ACE基因型频率与正常人比较 ,I/I基因型和I/D D/D基因型频率分布差异有显著性意义(P<0.05) ;有肾病的NIDDM患者中 ,ACE基因型频率与正常人比较 ,D/D基因型和I/D I/I基因型频率分布差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论I/I基因型是NIDDM肾病患者的保护性基因 ;而D/D基因型是NIDDM肾病患者的易感基因

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the ACE gene polymorphism and non_insulin dependent Diabetes Mellitis nephropathy. Methods Polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results In patients with non_NIDDM_nephropathy, comparing to normal group, the I/I genotype and I/D D/D genotype frequency distribution difference is significant(P<0.05); and the D/D genotype and I/D I/I genotype frequency distribution difference is also significant(P<0.05). Conclusion I/I genotype is a protecting factor for NIDDM nephropathy. And D/D genotype is a risk factor for NIDDM nephropathy.
