影响哮喘儿童吸入治疗依从性相关因素的研究进展(综述)

目的:探讨哮喘儿童吸入治疗依从性的影响因素及护理进展。方法:对近年来的影响哮喘儿童吸入治疗依从性相关因素及护理进展进行总结。结果:大量资料表明吸入治疗依从性与多种因素有关,如:儿童及家长对本病认识及理解程度的差异、没有正确掌握吸入方法、儿童期特殊的心理状况等。结论:从生理-心理-社会模式进行健康教育,以提高哮喘儿童吸入治疗依从性,改善其生活质量。

Advances of Research on the Compliance of Inhalation Treatment for Asthmatic Children

Objective：To investigate the influence factors of the compliance of inhalation treatment for the asthmatic children and the corresponding nursing methods.Method：To summarize the related literatures in recent years ys.Results： Many literatures have shown that the compliance of the inhalation treatment relates to various factors,such as the difference in accord with the degree that the children and the parents understand about this disease;the children don＇t understand how to inhale rightly;the special psychological status in children.Conclusions：It is essential to educate the children and their parents according to physical-psychological-social health educating mode for improving the compliance of inhalation treatment for the asthmatic children and improving their quality of life.
