PICC导管回血相关因素分析及护理对策

目的:分析PICC导管回血相关因素,探讨减少导管回血的护理对策。方法:对75例PICC带管患者中出现过回血现象的患者进行原因分析,提出预防方法和护理对策。结果:18例患者出现过回血现象,发生率为24%;其中多次回血现象占回血人数的44.4%。结论:通过导管回血原因分析,要预防导管回血,降低导管堵塞率,就必须规范化的培训,掌握PICC冲封管技巧,做好患者健康教育。

Analysis of Related Factors to Blood-returning to PICC Catheter and Its Nursing Strategies

Objective：To analyze the related factors about blood returning to PICC catheter,nursing care was investigated to reduce the blood returning to PICC catheter.Method：After analysis of cause of the blood-returning to PICC catheter in 75 cases,the prevention methods and nursing care strategies were proposed.Results：There were 18 patients with blood-returning among 75 cases,the rate was 14%.One patient with blood-returning repeatedly was accounted for 44.4% among 18 blood-returning cases.Conclusions：After analysis of cause of the blood-returning to PICC catheter,standardized training,mastery of technology for sealed and washed tube and providing patients with health education are necessary to prevent blood returning to PICC catheter and reduce the incidence of blockage of catheter.
