两种雾化吸入法治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效对比

目的:观察布地奈德加氨溴素雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的效果,并与糜蛋白酶进行比较。方法:选择住院毛细支气管炎患儿80例,随机分两组,在常规综合治疗的基础上加用布地奈德和氨溴素雾化吸入为观察组;布地奈德和糜蛋白酶雾化吸入为对照组。结果:40例观察组有效率为95.2%;对照组有效率80%,两组经统计学检验P0.05。结论:布地奈德加氨溴素雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎有良好的治疗效果。

Comparison of efficacy of two different atomized inhalation on infants with bronchiolitis

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of atomized inhalation of budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride,budesonide and Chymotrypsin on infants with bronchiolitis.and the correlation between them were analyzed.Methods：80 children with bronchiolitis,admitted in our hospital,All infants were classified into two groups randomly.Those were given atomized inhalation pulmicort and ambroxol hydrochloride as observed group.atomized inhalation pulmicort and chymotrypsin as normal control group.The data analyses were made with The chi-square test.Results：There were 95.2% effective rate on observed group with 40 cases,but only 80% on normal control group.Observed group was significantly higher than that normal control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Atomized inhalation of budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride can cure bronchiolitis effectively.
