| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中青年型颈椎病的DR平片价值,为预防和治疗颈椎病提供借鉴。方法:对220例DR诊断以及临床证实的中青年颈椎病病例进行回顾性分析。结果:颈椎生理曲度改变,椎体失稳,椎体以及钩椎关节增生以及少数韧带钙化为主要特征。结论:中青年型颈椎病的表现轻微,DR平片能够为临床诊断提供有力影像学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the young and middle cervical plain film of the DR value for the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis for reference.Methods： 220 cases of clinically confirmed diagnosis and DR young cervical spondylosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results： The change in cervical lordosis,vertebral instability,vertebral and Luschka joints proliferation and calcification of ligaments of a few main features.Conclusion： the performance of middle-aged mild cervical spondylosis,DR plain film can provide a powerful clinical diagnostic imaging basis. |
