两种光疗设备治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效比较和护理

目的:探讨双面蓝光箱和单面蓝光箱治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效及护理。方法:将96例患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,分别用单面蓝光箱和双面蓝光箱进行光疗。结果:轻中度黄疸两种方法均有效,差异无显著性。较重度黄疸患儿使用双面蓝光箱效果优于单面蓝光箱,而单面蓝光箱副作用少于双面蓝光箱。结论:轻中度可使用单面蓝光箱,而重度黄疸应使用双面蓝光箱。

Two kinds of treatment of neonatal jaundice phototherapy equipment effect comparison and nursing

Objective：Explore double blue box and a single blue box two phototherapy device for the treatment of neonatal jaundice patients and nursing problem.Methods：96 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group respectively,with a single blue box and double blue box for phototherapy.Results：Mild to moderate jaundice two methods are effective,no significant differences.Severe jaundice using double-sided light box effect is better than the single blue to blue box,and single side effects than double blue box.Conclusion：Mild to moderate use single blue box,and severe jaundice should use double-sided light box.
