| 摘 要： | 该文对脑卒中后抑郁症的诊断及心理护理进行综述。肯定心理护理对脑卒中后抑郁患者起到积极作用,提出重视心理护理,给患者提供必要的心理护理可减轻患者抑郁症状,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the diagnosis and the psychological care of patients with post - stroke depres- sion. It is certain that psychological care plays a postive role in therapy to patients with past - stroke depression. Providing some necessary psychological care to patients can reduce the symptoms and impove the quality of life. |
