| Abstract: | This paper discusses hospital human resources management.Based on successful experience of other hospitals and in line with own special characteristics,our hospital has undertaken performance salary reform and yielded satisfactory outcomes.It is therefore believed that performance salary reform is beneficial to human resources management. |
