经腹股沟小切口治疗小儿交通性鞘膜积液358例

目的:评价经腹股沟小切口手术治疗小儿交通性鞘膜积液的疗效和可行性。方法:对358例交通性鞘膜积液,采用经腹股沟小切口手术治疗,对手术方法及并发症进行回顾性分析。结果:平均手术时间是15分钟,平均住院为3.5天,13例术后阴囊轻度肿胀,2～3天后好转,全部病例切口均一期愈合,随访263例,无1例术后复发。结论:损伤小,无明显出血,手术时间短,麻醉药物用量少,术后阴囊肿胀轻,切口疼痛不明显,患儿手术当天可以自行玩耍进食,切口瘢痕浅小,患儿父母易接受,住院费用较低,基层医院易推广。

The treatment in pediatriccommunicating hydrocele via small inguinal incision（a report of 358 cases）

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of the treatment in pediatric communicating hydrocele via small inguinal incision.Methods： A retrospective study was made to analyze the operation methods and complications of performing pediatric communicating hydrocele via small inguinal incision for 358 children.Results： The average operating time was 15 minutes,the average hospitalization time was 3.5 days.Mild scrotal swelling occurred in 13 cases after operation and release in 2-3 days.All patients were primary healing.263 patients were followed up with no recurrence.Conclusion： This operation method has demonstrated its merits of minimal invasion,little bleeding,short operation time,less dosage of anesthetic,mild scrotal swelling,less pain,quick recovery,small and shallow scar,easy to accept by parents and lower cost.So it is easy to popularize for grass-roots hospitals.
