| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨前臂游离皮瓣整复口腔面颊部软组织缺损的护理。方法:对12例行前臂游离皮瓣移植修复面颊部缺损的病人,充分做好术前准备,术后护理严密观察移植皮瓣的情况,做好呼吸道、口腔卫生、饮食及康复护理。结果:12例病例移植皮瓣全部成功。结论:前臂游离皮瓣是修复口腔癌肿缺损面颊部软组织缺损的有效手段,对病人采取有效的观察及护理,是保证手术成功和病人康复的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the nursing of forearm free skin flap repairing oral and maxillofacial defects.Methods： The forearm free skin flap was used in the treatment of 12 patients with oral and maxillofacial defect after surgery by fully preparing for the operation,postoperative nursing close observation of the transplantation of the flap,conduct respiratory tract,oral health,diet and rehabilitation care.Results： The success rate of forearm free skin flap repairing oral and maxillofacial defects was 100%.Conclusion： forearm free skin flap is the best choice of the repair of oral cavity tissue and organ defects.Effective observation and nursing to the patient can guarantee the success of the operation and recovery of the patients. |
