| 摘 要： | 目的了解临床医护人员手卫生措施执行现状,探讨提高手卫生执行率的方法。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对本医院医务人员开展手卫生知识培训前后手卫生措施执行情况作比较观察。结果培训之前,医护人员对六步洗手法知晓率为49.42%,对手消毒剂知晓率为38.76%,洗手指征知晓率为40.12%,手卫生执行率为23.32%。培训之后,医护人员对六步洗手法知晓率为94.19%,对手消毒剂知晓率为95.93%,洗手指征知晓率为97.29%,手卫生执行率为57.51%。结论医务人员对手卫生知识了解甚少,经过专项培训明显提高了手卫生知识的知晓率和执行率,为提高手卫生措施执行率提供保障。
