| 摘 要： | 目的研究季铵盐类消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果及其残留药物去除方法。方法选用了过滤冲洗法和化学中和法,对季铵盐类消毒剂杀菌效果进行了研究。结果本试验设计的中和剂3、中和剂4和中和剂5等3组中和剂均可有效中和含量为1 200 mg/L该复方季铵盐类消毒剂。用过滤冲洗法+中和剂5组合方法,也可完全去除悬液试验中含量1 200 mg/L该复方季铵盐消毒剂。用本试验确定的化学中和法和过滤冲洗法去除残留消毒剂进行杀菌试验,含量为1 200 mg/L该复方季铵盐消毒剂对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值分别5.78和3.67。结论本试验设计的5组中和剂中的3组和过滤冲洗法均可有效去除复方季铵盐消毒剂对试验菌的残留作用。
