Ⅱ级生物安全柜防护性能检测与评价

目的了解实验室生物安全柜的安全防护性能,规范使用和维护方法。方法通过仪器采样法和检验检测方法,依照YY0569-2005《生物安全柜》规定的标准,对本中心实验室Ⅱ级B1型生物安全柜安全防护性能进行了检测和评价。结果该生物安全柜对人员保护、产品保护、交叉污染保护等生物防护性能和气流烟雾模式、下降气流流速、流入气流流速、噪声、照度等物理防护性能指标均符合相关标准规定的要求。本检测结果与产品出厂时检测结果一致。结论该生物安全柜安装使用3年后,防护性能良好,各项防护指标符合相关标准要求。

INSPECTION AND EVALUATION ON PROTECTION PROPERTIES OF A CLASS II BIOSAFETY CABINET

Objective To know the protection properties,standard use and maintenance methods of biosafety cabinet in laboatory.Method Instrument sampling and detect methods were used to detect and evaluate a Class Ⅱ B1 type biosafety cabinet in the laboratory of our unit according to the required standards of YY0569-2005 Biological Safety Cabinets by Chinese Biomedical Industries.Result The biological properties including personnel protection,product protection,cross-contamination protection and physical properties including air flow path,down flow velocity,inflow velocity,noise,and luminance,are up to the standard.The result conform to the inspection results based on the standards when the cabinet was shipped from the manufacturer.Conclusion After three years usage of this biosafety cabinet,the protection properties of the cabinet are excellent,and the protection indicators accord with the requirements of relevant standards.
