硫酸镁联合疏血通治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床观察

目的观察硫酸镁联合疏血通注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法将68例缺血性脑血管病患者随机分为治疗组38例，予25％硫酸镁10ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液或0．9％氯化钠溶液250ml中静滴，1次／d，联合应用疏血通6ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液或0．9％氯化钠溶液250ml中静滴，1次／d。对照组患者给予丹参注射液20ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液或0.9％氯化钠溶液250ml中静滴，1次/d。两组均连续用药14d。结果两组患者临床疗效间差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0.05）；治疗组患者治疗前、后全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原含量间差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。两组患者治疗后上述各指标间差异亦均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论硫酸镁联合疏血通治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Shuxuetong Injection Combined with Maguesium Sulfate Injection in Treating Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective To observe the effect of Shuxuetong combined with Maguesium Sulfate injection in the treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 68 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into a treatment group (38 cases)and a control group(30 cases).The treatment group received Shuxuetong and Maguesium Sulfate injection intravenously once a day.The control group received DanShen injection intravenously once a day.The both groups were treated for 14 days.Results Compared with the control group,there was a significant increase in the average efficient time,the efficient ratio and the total effective ratio(P<0.05).At the same time,the treatment group has sharp decrease in whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen concentration(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Maguesium Sulfate and Shuxuetong showed significant effect in the treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
